Common Questions

Why not just sell through a real estate agent?

In many cases, selling through an agent is a good idea. Sometimes however, it isn't an option. Perhaps you have tried using an agent but the listing expired. Maybe you are behind in your payments and you won't be able to sell quickly enough. Perhaps you don't have enough equity in the property to cover the agent's commissions.

Even in "hot" markets such as Toronto there are properties being sold by the banks under "Power of Sale". Whenever you see that, it means some unfortunate people have lost their property to the bank! Not everyone can sell fast enough to satisfy the bank. Our mission is to help you in those situations so you can preserve your precious credit. Don't let the next "Power of Sale" be your place!

What kind of properties do you buy?
We buy in the Greater Toronto area, in all conditions and price ranges. We are gradually expanding our geographic reach.

What if my house needs repairs?
We will buy it "as-is"  and handle any needed repairs.

Are you just real estate agents trying to get listings?
No. We are simply real estate investors working with people who need a quick sale. There are many common reasons good people may need a quick sale, situations that can affect anyone! We're not agents or associated with any real estate agency.

How much do you charge for your services?

We do not charge any commissions or fees. We look for win-win solutions where we can solve your problems and make some profit by doing so.

After I submit your Property Questionnaire, when will I hear from you?
We will normally respond within 24 to 48 hours depending on when you submitted the form. However, if you don't hear back from us please give us a call to be sure we have received your information so that we may take care of you right away. The number is 416 837 0512.

To learn more, call 416 837 0512 or simply fill out our online property submission form. It's completely confidential and doesn't obligate you in any way!
